Cumberland at Patriots Landing is a 200 home community being developed by the Terry • Peterson Residential Companies. Land development is currently underway and it is anticipated that our models will be open to the public in mid-November, 2007. Cumberland is part of the new master-planned Patriots Landing community being developed by East West Partners of Richmond and is located on Rt. 60, just east of Bottoms Bridge Road, a short drive from I-64, downtown Richmond, Colonial Williamsburg and points east.
